Composite Door Range.

County Windows is very proud to announce its new range of Discovery composite doors.

This new range of doors, glazing, furniture and security represents a step forward in technology, quality and variety. The specifics of this new product are impressive.

Each door is crafted to the particular dimensions of the customers requirements. Door surfaces are manufactured from Gel-Covered Glass Reinforced Plastics, or from high performing Thermoplastics, presented in a beautiful woodgrain finish and in the colour of your choice. These skins are bonded to an internal frame which combines a BBA approved laminated engineered timber with a specially designed thermoplastic edge.

The adhesive used ensures that the bond is strong, but pliable enough to withstand the stress created by the elements throughout the day to day use and the changing seasons. The core is a high density polyurethane foam, which is of course CFC & HFC free with an ozone depletion factor of zero. Finally a steel mash is incorporated into the door for enhanced security.
