County Glass is very proud to formally announce the completed installation of full glass processing facilities here on site, at our HQ in Winchester. We have had several elements of processing in place for a while, like the CNC machine, the Trade Counter glassworks and the Decorative Glass Studio.
In addition to this, we now have a fully operational spray booth for Painted Glass and state of the art Sandblaster.
The spray booth is a revelation in glass processing technology. With our resin based paints, we can apply any RAL colour to glass, bringing a new dimension to this beautiful medium. Vivid, vibrant block colours are easily achieved, but in addition, we can create or use bespoke designs of startling intricacy which are then realized in full colour for our customers. From kitchen tiles and splashbacks to bespoke bathrooms, receptions for your business.. essentially anything you can think of, we would be happy to discuss and create for you.

The Sanblasting machine has been online for a little while now and can offer a huge variety of design possibilities. From the most simple glass house sign, to full size artistic installations as a centrepiece to your home or business, we can accommodate. Managed through our Decorative Glass Studio, the designs can be totally bespoke for everything. The potential scope is totally dependent on the customer. And for both Painted Glass and Sandblasting, our in house design team will walk you through the process, or if you have something in mind, will apply your designs.
All glass can be added to DGU’s as well as stand alone installations. No job is too big or too small.
